It’s the end of the work week and right now I think we would all love to be on an island in the Caribbean with a cold drink in our hands. While that’s unlikely to be happening any time soon, you can at least get in a Caribbean state of mind with the Anguila Woven Bow Tie by Peter-Blair ($65).
Named after a British Island in the Caribbean, the Anguilla Woven is just one of many designs offered by Peter-Blair, a menswear brand out of Richmond, Virginia. Named for his two godchildren, Dick Fowlkes’s brand specilizes in a style he calls “conservative with a twist.” This design is a little more conservative than some of the others they offer but the colors really pop. You have two choices, a Pink, Blue, Green and White combination (shown) that caught my eye right away, and a Red, Blue, Green and White combination that looks great as well. While you may be stuck at your desk, at least your bow tie can reflect some carefree living in the Caribbean.
